JBMOne is a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform designed to help businesses manage operations including sales, CRM, inventory, finance, reporting, and other business processes through a cloud-based system.
The platform is provided via web access and may include integrations, updates, and additional modules from time to time.
To access the platform, users may be required to create an account.
The client is responsible for:
The company is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials.
Users agree not to use the platform for:
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the JBMOne platform during the active subscription period.
The software remains the intellectual property of JBMatrix Technology Pvt. Ltd.
Users may not:
JBMOne operates on a subscription model.
Subscription fees may be charged:
Payments must be made in advance for continued service access.
Failure to pay may result in account suspension.
Payment must cover a minimum period of 12 months and a maximum period of 3 years.
70% of the total payment is due upon issuance of the work order, with the remaining 30% payable before the system goes live.
Installation and configuration will require approximately 6 to 10 working days.
The company aims to maintain high system availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or fail to maintain active subscription payments.
Upon termination, user access may be revoked.
JBMatrix Technology Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including business loss, data loss, or revenue loss arising from the use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in:
